Mr. Price is the Country Director of TSC Global (United Kingdom) based in London, UK and Toronto, Canada and leads the Facility Management group for TSC Global. He has over 15 years of international experience in facilities and infrastructure asset management in the Middle East (United Arab Emirates), North America (Canada), SE Asia (Cambodia), and the United Kingdom. His international experience applies to all categories of infrastructure development, including residential/urban, commercial, airports, nuclear power generation facilities, data centers, and the UK Royal estates (homes and properties owned by the British Royal Family).He has managed significant and complex infrastructure project development from new build, shell, and core projects to fully operational facilities.

He leads the TSC Facility Management group in infrastructure asset management and mobilization in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), civil works, energy, wastewater, solid waste, project management, transport, and information technology, including CAFM (computer-aided facilities management) software with built-in statutory compliance, based on SFG20 and internationally recognized best practice.

An expert in managing asset life cycles (lifecycle costing, cost recovery, and lifecycle planning) with associated sink fund finance schedules, asset valuation, financing, and governance, he manages large multinational teams worldwide, focusing strongly on training and development, including subcontractor procurement and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) training, developing roadmaps for implementation.

As well as a high level of technical and training expertise, Mr. Price has extensive knowledge and experience in running high-value Profit and Loss finances and accounting departments for asset and infrastructure developments and played a critical role in the Royal Estates in London, UK, for an energy management strategy, introducing new work processes and innovative information technology to drive green projects and reduce energy costs.  (location: London, UK and Toronto, Canada)
