Country Director

Dr. Nergui is the Country Director of TSC Global (Far East Asia) based in Mongolia. She started her career in 1991 within the Mongolian Embassy to the Russian Federation based in Moscow. Later, she joined the Mongolian Business Development Agency in 1995 to help launch SME initiatives in Mongolia, moving into consulting on post-privatization restructuring as Mongolia enacted reforms to its economy.

A strong proponent of Mongolia's decentralization programs and ESG initiatives, Dr. Nergui holds a Ph.D. from Victoria University in NZ, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, in The Netherlands.

Dr. Nergui is a Polylinguisth who can translate Mongolian, English, and Russian simultaneously and has worked with multiple agencies. These include WB/IFC, ADB, UNDP, UNFPA, UNECE, UNESCAP, UNICEF, UNHCR, FAO, UNIDO, IOM, WFP, EU, EBRD, OSCE, GIZ, SDC, TIKA, JICA, and USAID.

She has hands-on practical, risk management, project initiation, and implementation experience. She works with clients to navigate the business in the region and can draw upon her significant experience working with public sector and international clients. (location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia)
