Mr. Khudaibergenov holds an important dual role as a Director of TSC Global Corporate, responsible for leading the global offices of TSC Global, and as Chairman of TSC Global regional office in Kazakhstan. In Kazakhstan he leads a team of national and international experts in economics, data analytics, and private sector experience in energy (oil and gas) media, ICT covering the Central Asia region and former soviet republics. A leading economist, he has held senior state and non-governmental commissions, working and expert groups. He holds a MA in Economics, Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP). (location: Kazakhstan)
