An experienced consultant of over 18 years, Mr Birchler has worked througout the Asia Pacific on various assignments for TSC, in information systems and legal reform. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in business information systems from Massey University in New Zealand and is currently completing his Master of Law from the prestigious Belgium university, Université Libre de Bruxelles, founded in 1834.
